Monitor

Features:

- Zoom–Objective
The magnification can be continuously changed from 6 up to 40x. Reference points are set at magnifications 10, 16 and 25x.

- Inclined Eyepiece Adaptor
This simple but effective device allows the eyepieces to be inclined upwards by 20 degrees from their traditional horizontal position, thereby reducing neck strain and allowing a more natural viewing position to the user.

- Stereo Variator
Unique to the BQ 900, the stereo variator reduces the angle of stereoscopic observation from 13° to 4.5°. This facilitates the stereoscopic examination of the fundus, peripheral parts of the retina and the vitreous, even under unfavourable conditions such as high myopia and small pupils. The reduction of the angle enlarges the stereoscopic field of view under the described conditions, maintaining depth information in the stereoscopic observation.

- Beam Splitter
The "key" to a wide range of accessories, the beam splitter diverts a portion of the light to secondary attachments such as the second observer tube, video, 35mm or digital cameras. There are two ports which allow for simultaneous video and still photography or alternatively, use of the second observer tube with either video or still cameras. The beam splitter can stay attached to the slit lamp. Then, when needed, can be easily utilized with a lever allowing for the full 100% of light to be sent back to the user's eyepieces.

- Second Observer Tube
A second observer tube can be used for teaching and training purposes.

- Fundus 300 Module
This innovative accessory offers all users of current Haag-Streit slit lamps access to instant documentation of the retina. The impressive simplicity of the Fundus Module 300 allows integration of non-mydriatic retina imaging as part of the regular slit lamp examination. This can improve practice workflow and save both clinical and patient time.
